On site, the technician runs a full diagnosis of the pump, belt, gasket, bearings, lid or door lock and control board, pinpoints the fault and gives you a written quote before any work begins. The $89 + tax residential diagnostic is applied toward the repair you approve. After the visit you receive a written diagnostic report, and every repair is backed by a 3-month warranty on parts and labour.

Visits between 9 PM and 7 AM carry a $100 flat after-hours fee on top of regular rates.
