You can send a request online any time, and a same-day visit is possible when the schedule allows; regular service hours are 7 AM to 9 PM, and for a breakdown that can’t wait, visits between 9 PM and 7 AM can be arranged with a $100 flat after-hours fee. We focus on efficient repairs without compromising on quality, and on repairing the faulty part rather than replacing the whole appliance when that is the better value.

1. Book. Send a request online or call. A request is not yet an appointment; it becomes one when we confirm a window of about three hours by call or text.
2. Diagnose. The technician inspects, tests and explains what is actually happening. The diagnostic is $89 + tax for residential appliances and $129 + tax for gas appliances and commercial equipment.
3. Approve. You get a written quote and choose the option that fits your home and budget. If you go ahead, the diagnostic is applied toward the repair.
4. Repair. We complete the approved repair, you receive a written diagnostic report, and the work carries a 3-month warranty on parts and labour.
