Are you open 24 hours?
Our dispatch line is staffed 24/7 so you can book any time. Technicians are actively dispatched during normal service hours, with after-hours emergency visits available for critical situations (water leak, fire hazard) at an additional after-hours rate — we’ll tell you the full cost on the phone before dispatching.
How fast can you get here?
Depends on how booked we are and where you are in the National Capital Region. Typical same-day windows are 2–6 hours from the call. When we commit to a window, we hit it — and we call you if anything shifts.
Can you repair commercial / restaurant appliances too?
