Leaking under the washer

Loud during the spin

Drum bearing failure is common on front-loaders around six to eight years old. We assess whether the repair is worth it against the price of a new machine and tell you honestly.

Won’t start, blank panel

A failed control board, a blown thermal fuse, the door latch switch or a power supply problem. We check the door lock or lid switch circuit first, because it is often the culprit.
