Most restaurants juggle several service providers: one for cooking, one for refrigeration, one for dish, and a handyman. We bring that down to one number. We diagnose and document every unit, repair what falls within our service, and tell you up front about anything that needs another trade.

02Multi-unit visits
How a multi-equipment service call works
- Shift-aware triage. When you book, we note each unit’s make, model and symptom and how much pressure your next service shift puts on it. We then plan the visit around stock-loss risk and shift criticality, so as many units as possible are fixed in one trip.
- On-site multi-unit diagnostic. We diagnose everything you called in. You get one written quote covering all items, with parts and labour separated, and you approve each item before work proceeds.
- Same-visit repairs when the part is common. Gaskets, heating elements, ignition parts and many motors and boards are routine replacements, so many units can be finished during the visit; less common parts are ordered, with a second visit to fit them.
- One report and a warranty. A single written service report covers every item, formatted for HACCP, insurance, landlord-tenant and chain-account audits. Each repair is warrantied for 3 months on parts and labour.
03Pricing and scope
Kitchen service pricing, gas and refrigerant work
The diagnostic on a commercial call is $129 + tax, with parts and labour quoted per item. Night visits from 9 PM to 7 AM add $100 flat, and kitchens more than 30 km from downtown Ottawa may carry a travel charge.
In Ontario, our TSSA-certified technicians work on gas ranges, ovens, fryers and broilers; Quebec gas jobs are confirmed when you book. Sealed-system refrigerant work is listed apart from the equipment repairs on your quote. Work on the building itself, such as new gas piping, is not part of an equipment repair, and we flag it before any billable work.
If the kitchen smells of gas, don’t relight anything or work switches: get everyone outside and call the gas utility (Enbridge Gas in Ontario, Gazifère in Gatineau) or 911 from there.
04Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance for busy kitchens
Quarterly or semi-annual maintenance visits can be scheduled for restaurants and chain accounts. A typical cycle covers:
- Condenser and evaporator coil cleaning on refrigeration
- Door gasket inspection on reach-ins, walk-ins and ovens
- Ignition cleaning on gas burners and pilots
- Drain line clearing on refrigeration and dish machines
- Controller calibration and temperature checks
Each visit is written up, so you have a record of equipment condition for inspections and for planning replacements.

Can you handle multiple units in a single visit?
Yes, that is how we prefer to handle kitchen calls. List every unit when you book so the visit can be planned, and each repair is quoted in writing per item.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Quarterly and semi-annual preventive-maintenance schedules can be set up for restaurants and chain accounts, covering coil cleaning, gasket inspection, ignition cleaning, drain line clearing and controller calibration, quoted to your equipment list and visit frequency.
Are you TSSA-certified for gas equipment?
Yes. Our technicians are TSSA-certified for gas appliance work in Ontario, including commercial ranges, ovens, fryers and broilers. For gas equipment in Gatineau, gas service is confirmed when you book.
What about refrigerant work on walk-ins and reach-ins?
Fans, controls, defrost parts, doors, gaskets and drains are routine repairs for us. Refrigerant (sealed-system) repairs are quoted separately.
Can you provide HACCP, insurance and chain-account audit documentation?
Yes. You receive a written report listing the diagnosis, parts replaced, labour and warranty terms for each unit serviced on the visit.
How long are kitchen equipment repairs covered?
Three months on parts and labour for every completed repair; the written terms are available before work begins.
