Samsung appliance repair in Ottawa

• Samsung fridge ice maker not working: a failed water inlet valve or ice maker module, or an ice compartment that has frozen over.
• Samsung washer 4E / 4C error code: a water supply problem, from a closed tap or kinked hose to a blocked inlet screen or failed valve.
• Samsung washer 5E / 5C error code: a drain problem in the debris filter, the drain hose or the pump.
• Samsung dryer not heating: a blown thermal fuse or a failed heating element; on gas dryers, the igniter or gas valve coils.
• Samsung dishwasher leaking: a worn door gasket or a faulty inlet valve.
• Samsung control board failure: common on French-door refrigerators, where the main board runs the fans and the defrost cycle.

On many French-door and 4-Door Flex models the fridge section has its own evaporator and fan, so when frost blocks that coil or the fan stalls, the fridge warms while the freezer stays cold. On some models a frozen air damper causes the same symptom. The fix is a forced defrost, the failed fan or damper, and a check that the auto-defrost works so the problem doesn’t return. A UE or UB code that keeps returning on small loads usually means worn shock absorbers or a failing Hall sensor on the motor, not an overloaded drum. Drain codes often start with a sock or coin in the debris filter behind the small access door at the bottom front of a front-loader, which you can check yourself. On dryers, long drying times are very often a restricted vent rather than a failed part, so the technician checks airflow too; see dryer not heating. Samsung dishwasher leaks usually come from the door gasket, the inlet valve or a hose connection underneath; many models have a leak sensor in the base that stops the cycle until the leak is fixed and the base has dried. Water left in the tub points to a clogged filter, a blocked drain hose or the drain pump. See dishwasher not draining.

On NE63, NE59 and NX58 ranges we see SE touch-control errors, induction zones that won’t detect the pan, gas igniters that spark weakly, and ovens that won’t heat because of a failed bake element or sensor; see oven not heating.
