A gas dryer call is $129 + tax: the burner, igniter and gas valve are checked and the connections leak-tested as part of the visit, and gas service in Gatineau is confirmed when you book. A belt or thermal fuse for under $200 on a dryer that would cost $1,000 to replace is an easy yes.
