2. Confirm an arrival window. We agree on a window of about three hours. Our technicians come from the Ottawa-Gatineau side and add Chelsea to the day’s route, and same-day windows are offered when the schedule allows.

These are the problems we see most often in Chelsea-area homes:

In an unheated building, water left in a washer, dishwasher or ice-maker line can freeze and crack pumps and valves, so shut off the supply and have the lines drained. When you reopen, give the fridge a day to reach temperature before restocking it.
