Appliance Installation in Newmarket, Aurora & York Region
Bought a new dishwasher, washer, dryer or range and need it hooked up? Our Newmarket-based technician installs replacement electric appliances where the connections are already in place. Tell us the job and we’ll confirm the scope and price before the visit.
What we install
- Dishwashers: removing the old unit and connecting the new one to the existing water supply, drain and power, then levelling it, securing it and testing for leaks.
- Washers: connecting to existing taps and drain, installing new fill hoses, levelling, and a test cycle. Front-loaders need their shipping bolts removed.
- Electric dryers: fitting the correct 3- or 4-wire cord to match your outlet, connecting the vent with rigid or semi-rigid duct, and testing.
- Electric ranges: fitting the cord where needed, connecting to the existing range outlet, anti-tip bracket, levelling and element test.
- Fridge water lines: connecting a new fridge’s ice maker and dispenser to an existing water supply, checking for leaks, and flushing the filter.
- Over-the-range microwaves and range hoods: replacing a unit in the same location using the existing power and duct.
- Stacking kits: stacking a matching front-load washer and dryer with the manufacturer’s kit.
What we don’t do
We don’t connect gas appliances, run new electrical circuits or outlets, add new plumbing lines, cut new wall or roof vents, or modify cabinets or countertops. If your job needs any of that, you’ll need a licensed gas fitter, electrician or plumber first. We can do the appliance hook-up afterwards.
How pricing works
Installation is quoted per job, because a straight swap is very different from a panel-ready dishwasher or a tight stacked closet. Describe the appliance, what it’s replacing and where it goes when you book. The dispatcher will confirm the scope and price before we schedule. Haul-away of the old appliance can be discussed when you book.
Before the installation
- Make sure the new appliance is in the house, unboxed if possible, and that it fits the opening.
- Check that the shut-off valves under the sink or behind the washer turn off.
- Have the installation manual and any parts that came with the appliance on hand.
- Clear a path from the door to the kitchen or laundry room.

How booking works
- Call (613) 301-0016 or send a service request with your York Region postal code, the appliance, brand, model number and symptoms.
- A dispatcher confirms your window. Your request isn’t an appointment until we confirm it.
- The technician diagnoses the problem and gives you a written quote.
- If you approve, we repair it on the spot or book a return visit for parts. You pay on completion, and the repair has a 3-month warranty.
York Region installation FAQ
Can you install my gas range or gas dryer?
No. Our York Region technician isn’t gas-licensed. A licensed gas fitter needs to make gas connections.
My new dryer has no cord. Can you supply one?
Yes, we can supply and fit the right 3- or 4-wire cord to match your outlet. Tell us when you book.
Do you take away the old appliance?
Ask when you book. The dispatcher will confirm whether haul-away is possible for your job and what it costs.
Is there a warranty on installation?
Ask the dispatcher when you book, and they’ll confirm what’s covered for your job. The appliance itself is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty.
How soon can you install?
It depends on the route. Newmarket and Aurora usually get the earliest windows available.
