E24 and E25 mean the machine cannot drain: filter, drain pump or blocked hose. E22 flags a dirty filter. E09 points to the heating element, which is why dishes come out cold and wet. E01 and E02 are control-board and motor faults. E27 reports a supply-voltage problem. Older models use a flashing “Clean” or “Check water supply” light instead of numeric codes, and those we diagnose on site.
