How fast will a tech come after I book?

What does the $89 service call cover?

Travel, full diagnosis and a written quote. The $89 + tax fee is (residential rate; $129 + tax commercial) when you approve the repair — you pay only parts and labour for the actual fix.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit, e-transfer and cash. Invoices are emailed; landlord/property-manager invoicing supported.

Is there a warranty on the repair?

Yes — labour is warrantied for 90 days, and parts carry the manufacturer’s OEM warranty (typically 90 days to 1 year). Warranty service calls do not incur a new $89 fee.

Do you cover Gatineau, Hull and Aylmer?

Yes — our service area includes Ottawa, Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer, Kanata, Barrhaven, Orléans, Nepean, Gloucester, Stittsville and South Keys. Same-day windows depend on bridge traffic.

Cancellation Policy

  1. At least 48 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule.
  2. Same-day cancellations are not accepted.
  3. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, or unavailability at the scheduled address may incur an $85 cancellation fee.
  4. Cancellation or appointment changes must be requested by replying to the booking confirmation email. Phone alone is not accepted as the only cancellation method.

Parts / Restocking

If a part has been ordered and the customer cancels the repair, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply depending on part and supplier policy.
